I'm looking for a role where I can use my experience to create a tangible impact and help people.I have always volunteered to help a whenever from leadership in an organization to being the front of customer service. Gator Meetups in San Francisco

Starting in 2019, I entered my role as a Community Manager Assistant for Gator Meetups, an organization helping people meet others in the Bay Area through online and physical events. I quickly became the primary Community Manager in the spring of 2020.My duties ranged from growing an Instagram following over 1,000 users, a chat of over 4,000 users, and three weekly events for over five years.I enjoyed curating members' content, art, moderating, creating policies, and even creating a documentary on our past social situations.Event attendees commonly messaged me about our memories and how it affected them. It inspires to seek more Community Management roles.

Why a Master's Degree In Education?

A Master's Degree in Education teaches you more than educational pedagogy. My coursework included needs assessments, corporate training, and instructional design support (Articulate Rise, use of A.I products and content creation).Being enrolled in college also allowed me to lead communities, such as Gator Meetups.Pairing this degree with my HR certificate enables me to collaborate with internal or external learning teams to create custom engaging content to meet organizational goals.

Date Firefly LLC. Marketing (Valentine's Project)

In San Francisco, I spearheaded a marketing initiative to work with local businesses and over 30 non-profits to find dating venues and an audience.Upon hearing that many of my possible clients lacked proper profile pictures, I cleared my schedule create free photoshoots.When listening to audience concerns, anyone can improve their their marketing strategy.
